If you have a Schott jacket in need of repair please contact us at customerservice@schottnyc.com so that we can quote you on the cost. Please give us as much information as possible about your jacket (style, color, size, how old), a detailed description about the problem and your contact information (with phone number and address). If possible, send us pictures of the jacket and problem areas.

Each leather jacket will require a unique cleaning and conditioning method depending on the materials. 4th generation family member, Jason Schott spoke with Nick English of Stridewise.com about tips and techniques for some of our more popular styles. Remember- always test cleaning and conditioning products on a hidden area of your jacket and let it dry for 24 hours to observe color and texture changes to the leather.
